Dr Mitchell Wallick, Executive Director of C.A.R.E. will be presenting two workshops at the 7th annual conference of addictive disorders on June 27th, in Fort Myers Florida. Dr Wallick's first workshop will be on the importance of Humor in Counseling. This workshop will demonstrate interactive techniques of incorporating humor into both counseling and life. The workshop is designed to help prevent "terminal seriousness". Dr Wallick will also be presenting on the topic of "Contracting for Behavior".
The keynote speakers at the conference will be the Leo Booth and William Janes Director, Florida Office of Drug Control and Assistant Secretary For Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
