C.A.R.E. is committed to long-term drug rehabilitation and relapse prevention. We understand that it is often not enough to plant the seeds; we believe that we must also provide a fertile field for them to grow and mature. After addiction treatment is completed we offer a sober living community and continued support. Preventing relapse is our commitment in all of the C.A.R.E. programs.
Depending on your personal needs, C.A.R.E. can offer:
- Supervised housing*
- Support group meetings
- Individual and group counseling
- Alumni activities
- Telephone support.
You will continue to be a part of the C.A.R.E. family regardless of your decision to return home with a carefully tailored relapse prevention plan. We will always be no more than a phone call away.
*C.A.R.E. provides housing both in their own facility and in cooperation with other local providers. The decision as to which residence is chosen is based on patient preference and individual needs.
